skirts on the waistband-flat the skirt on the table, meausure from left to the right without stretching out the skrit then double your measure. For example, if your measure result is 17", then you take the 17"x2=34", that means the skirt waist is 34", then you may select our skrit in size 34. However, you should also take your hips size into consideration. You may measure the fullest part of your hips to make sure the hips may also fit right.
